Certification, Authenticity and Materials

All Beatriz Jardinha pieces are handmade in Portugal, in 925 Silver, 925 Silver with 24 Carat Gold or 19.2k Gold vermeil, using traditional jewellery techniques. Every piece is unique and can be subtly different given the manual process.

Certified by Contrastaria of INCM (Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda) that performs verification of the legal touch (permilation of precious metal contained in an alloy) and the application of the contrast (hallmark) next to the manufacturer's responsibility stamp or equivalent. Contrast application is only mandatory for silver pieces weighing more than 2 grams and for gold pieces weighing more than 0.5 g.

Warranty

According to the Portuguese law, all articles have 2 years warranty, from the date that the purchase invoice is issued. This guarantee does not cover the natural oxidation of Silver or the elimination of the Gold bath, as well as signs of use, the passage of time, visible marks of misuse or any other damages derived from lack of precautions.

Shipping

After the payment is successful, you will receive an email from Beatriz Jardinha confirming your purchase. Allow up to four weeks to your order to be craft, hallmarked and shipped. Due to the manual process of creation we appreciate the understanding for any delay that may occur. Once your order has left our atelier, you will receive an email from Beatriz Jardinha with the confirmation that the product has been shipped and the registration number so you can track your order here.

International orders

Shipping to a destination outside UE may be subject to customs duties or import taxes by the local government. Local fees required to receive the package are responsibility of the client.
